Aerial Boot Camp
This series will focus on building the unique muscles and technique required in aerial arts to perform dynamic moves safely and skillfully. We will target specific muscles to increase strength, maintain mobility, and create flexibility. Unlike the usual boring workout, we will condition those muscles while in the air. Aerial Boot Camp is designed to whip you into aerial shape fast!
You will be sore. You will be exhausted. You will be able to execute multiple aerial feats. Most importantly, you will have a blast! No previous aerial experience necessary to join.
6 week series, Class 2x a week
Classes every Wednesday & Friday 7:00pm-8:30pm
October 2nd - November 8th
$170 for the entire 6 week series 2x a week or $90 for 1x a week, $25 deposit required to reserve your spot
Ages 14+ (Younger kids considered on case by case basis)
Strength building and conditioning focusing on core, hip, leg, and shoulder muscles
In depth discussions surrounding silk theory, pathways, and energy efficiency
Focus on joint safety and building strong supporting muscles
Strength training, mobility, and more!
